CHICKEN SATE POT STICKERS
The Bamboo specialty! Thai seasoned chicken, herbs, and peanuts, hand-wrapped by Aunty Mary in won ton pi, steamed, and served with our famous, spicy, sweet chili mint sauce.
THAI COCONUT PRAWNS
Grilled prawns nestled in our homemade Thai coconut sauce with
garlic, ginger, coconut milk, sambal and herbs,
and garnished
with fresh papaya salsa.

KALUA PORK QUESADILLA
Tender, smoked pork from the imu and jalapeno jack cheese tucked in a
grilled flour tortilla, topped with tropical fresh fruit salsa and sour cream.
(We make a vegetarian version, too...)
BARBECUED BABYBACK RIBS
Try these and you'll probably order more as an entree... Served with roasted pineapple sauce and Asian cole slaw.

CALAMARI STRIPS
Panko coated calamari fried golden brown and served with your choice of cocktail sauce or pineapple pickled ginger tartar sauce.
THE BIG BAMBOOZER
A sampling of our most popular appetizers all on one platter: two Pot Stickers, two Thai Coconut Prawns, and two slices of Kalua Pork Quesadilla. Served with green salad and rice. The Bamboozer is designed as lunch for one or appetizer for two. We can make it for three if you want!

THE BAMBOO SALAD
A blend of organic Kohala grown greens garnished with fresh seasonal Hawaiian treats
and roasted macadamia nuts.
Large or small
with fresh island fish or shrimp if you'd like.

VIETNAMESE "TOSSED" SALAD
Organic greens and veggies with fresh cilantro and mint, rice noodles and a crispy egg roll with a light sweet chili dressing. Topped with your choice of tofu, organic chicken, fish or shrimp.
THAI FISH, SHRIMP, CHICKEN or TOFU SALAD
A spicy blend of julienned green papaya, cucumber, onion, tomato,
peanuts and carrots tossed in a chili lime sauce
with grilled fish, shrimp,
organic chicken, or tofu.
THE CAESAR MACNUT
A classic Caesar salad sprinkled with macadamia nuts (grown here in Kohala!)
and garlic croutons.

HERB GRILLED FRESH FISH
Fresh Hawaiian fish, basted with garden herbs & grilled lightly. Served with your choice of tropical fresh fruit salsa or tartar sauce.
KOHALA QUESADILLA: KALUA PORK, FISH,
SHRIMP, CHICKEN, or VEGGIE...
Kalua pork and jalapeno jack cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla and grilled, served with a green salad, sour cream, and tropical fresh fruit salsa.
THE HAWAIIAN STIR FRY
A mix of fresh island grown vegetables and soba noodles, in your choice of a traditional teriyaki sauce or a Thai style coconut sauce. Topped with peanuts.

A fresh fish selection each day, herb basted, grilled to perfection and served on foccacia.
HAWAIIAN BARBECUED PORK SANDWICH
Luau style pork from our imu, with homemade barbecue sauce,
served on a sesame bun.
TERIYAKI CHICKEN SANDWICH
Organic grilled chicken with our homemade teriyaki glaze and
served on a sesame bun.

A Note About Our Cuisine...
We call our cuisine "Fresh Island Style," since, like the people of our Island,
we combine the foods of East and West, and create a unique new blend of
these flavors. We make every effort to bring you the freshest foods available
by supporting local farmers and families as they bring us their fresh fish, fruits
and vegetables each day. We grow flowers and herbs in our own organic garden
overlooking the sea. As we celebrate our seventeenth year, we say "Mahalo" to you all
